LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization in Lincolnshire to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. This Accounts Receivable Specialist role offers hands-on exposure, cross-functional collaboration and long-term potential for the right candidate.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

Own collections and accounts receivable processes for assigned customer accounts
Apply payments, reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances
Investigate short payments, deductions and billing issues
Prepare invoices, aging reports and account reconciliations
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes
Maintain accurate account documentation and notes
Assist with audit preparation and reporting

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements

2+ years in accounts receivable or related accounting role
Proven success managing high-volume transactions
Strong Excel and ERP experience
Clear, professional communication skills
Ability to work on-site as part of a hybrid schedule
Chicagoland residency required
