LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization in Lincolnshire to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis. This Accounts Receivable Specialist role offers hands-on exposure, cross-functional collaboration and long-term potential for the right candidate.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities

• Own collections and accounts receivable processes for assigned customer accounts
• Apply payments, reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with customers to collect outstanding balances
• Investigate short payments, deductions and billing issues
• Prepare invoices, aging reports and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve disputes
• Maintain accurate account documentation and notes
• Assist with audit preparation and reporting

Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements

• 2+ years in accounts receivable or related accounting role
• Proven success managing high-volume transactions
• Strong Excel and ERP experience
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to work on-site as part of a hybrid schedule
• Chicagoland residency required
