Position Overview:

We're looking for friendly, dependable, and positive individuals to join our team as Baristas. If you have a passion for coffee and a talent for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you! No prior experience? No problem! We offer a paid and comprehensive training to help you become a professional barista.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and beverages

· Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

· Operate coffee machines and other time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace

· Handle cash and process transactions accurately

· Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth operation

Qualifications:

· Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude

· Dependable and reliable, with strong organizational skills

· Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

· Prior experience in a customer service or barista role is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

·  Must be 17 years of age and able to work minimum of 20-35 hours per week

· Job Type: Part-time/Full time

· Pay: Starting from $13.73 per hour, PLUS TIP

· Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

· Work on weekends

Store Hours: Mon-Sat 6am to 8pm / Sundays 7am to 8pm
