Job Title : Pharmaceutical Machine Operator

Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Capsule Machine Operator to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining capsule filling machines, ensuring the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor capsule filling machines to ensure proper functioning.
• Load raw materials (e.g., active ingredients, excipients) into the machine for capsule production.
• Ensure the capsules are filled accurately according to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to maintain hygiene and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks to verify the correct dosage, capsule weight, and appearance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues; escalate complex problems to the technical team.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain accurate records of production batches, machine settings, and quality control data.
• Report any deviations from production standards and assist with corrective actions.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or a related field.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality control standards.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
