Brewery Production Technician – Legally Highest (Chattanooga, TN) Full-Time & Part-Time| Must Have Prior Brewery Experience

Legally Highest, Tennessee’s leading Hemp seltzer brewery, is hiring an experienced Brewery Production Technician to join our manufacturing team. If you don’t have prior brewery experience, please do not apply—this is a skilled, hands-on position with no training curve.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain canning line machinery for beverage packaging

• Assist in formulating recipes and batching ingredients accurately

• Apply packaging materials: PakTech handles, labels, assemble boxes

• Palletize finished goods and operate pallet jacks safely

• Lift and move heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) throughout the shift

• Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) for tanks, hoses, pumps, and lines

• Handle acidic and caustic cleaning chemicals properly and safely

• Break down and clean workstations at end of shift

• Mop, sanitize, and maintain floor cleanliness and general facility hygiene

• Ensure all products are stored, stacked, and organized correctly

Requirements (Do Not Apply Without All of These):

• Previous brewery or beverage production experience (REQUIRED)

• Hands-on with canning lines, batching, and packaging processes

• Familiar with CIP procedures and industrial cleaning agents

• Skilled in palletizing and using manual pallet jacks

• Capable of heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the day

• Understands end-of-day cleanup procedures including breakdown and mopping

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety awareness

• Full-time position & Part Time

• Pay based on experience
