AsContracts Administrator you: Administer and issue subcontract documentation and follow up with vendors as necessary. Assist in Subcontractor set up process in Microsoft Dynamics. Process frequent contract revisions in Microsoft Dynamicsand ensure accuracy on cost codes and billing. Finalize contracts to issue. Continuously reach out to PMs for invoice approvals and issues. Provide support on Job Start-Up process which includes; Job Setup in Microsoft Dynamics, budget uploads, file contracts, and obtain necessary signatures. Administer statutory declarations, safety documents, and follow up with expired certificates. Continuously update invoice status in Microsoft Dynamicsby ensuring all required documents are updated. Review Subcontractor monthly statements to identify any missed invoices.
