We are seeking an exceptional Executive Sous Chef to partner closely with our Executive Chef in leading the kitchen of a premier fine dining French restaurant. This role requires a culinary professional with refined technique, creativity, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of excellence in both cuisine and service.
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be the Executive Chef’s trusted second-in-command, overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring a safe, organized, and impeccably clean work environment. You will play a key role in menu execution, staff development, cost control, and delivering an extraordinary dining experience that reflects the artistry of French gastronomy.
