- Coach team members in proper techniques, chemical use, and safe operation of power scrubbers, foamers, and forklifts.
- Audit cleaning outcomes throughout the night; correct, retrain, and document as needed to ensure compliance.
- Be the go-to resource for sanitation questions and problem-solving during the shift.
- Close the shift by verifying completion, securing chemicals, and handing off accurate notes for the next team.
What you bring
- Confident leadership and clear communication—comfortable directing and mentoring a team.
- Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Solid knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety best practices.
- Physical capability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Why this role

- Clear path to higher leadership opportunities.
- Play a critical part in protecting food safety and quality every single day.
