We are seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing visual and interactive elements that users see and interact with within a web application. You will work closely with our design, back-end, and product teams to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks and functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain user-facing features using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.
* Translate UI/UX design wireframes and mockups into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.
* Collaborate with product designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across various devices.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.
* Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, focusing on front-end development.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven work experience as a Front-End Developer for at least [X] years.
* Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
* Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework/library (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Vuex).
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
* Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Gulp).
* Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
* Understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
* Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG).
* Experience with performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting).
* Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
