Graphic Designer – Memorial Engraving

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Starting at $20/hour, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
• W2 employment
• Start date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
Join a dedicated team focused on creating meaningful and lasting tributes through customized headstone design. This position combines hands-on graphic work with technical production tasks to ensure accuracy and artistry in each engraving. Success in this role is measured by design precision, production efficiency, and quality outcomes for client families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and finalize memorial headstone designs to client specifications
• Plot stencils and prepare layouts for granite engraving
• Operate laser etching equipment with attention to detail
• Collaborate with production staff to meet design and delivery timelines
• Manage digital artwork revisions and client approvals
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and CAD drawing required
• Background in graphic design or related formal education
• Ability to follow detailed specifications and design instructions
• Prior experience with layout and vector-based design files

• Experience in monument or memorial design
