LaSalle Network has partnered with an organization looking to grow out their sales team! This leading manufacturer specializes in high-quality contract furnishings for the hospitality industry. Based in the western suburbs, the company is dedicated to providing innovative and value-driven solutions, including lighting, seating, LED mirrors, and artwork, to hotels and businesses nationwide. It prides itself on its commitment to customer satisfaction, product excellence, and a supportive work environment.

The company is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to contribute to the company’s continued growth and build a rewarding career in sales.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
  • Make 40–50 outbound calls daily to hotel operators, purchasing managers, and brand contacts to generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and marketing campaigns to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot) to manage and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Present and promote company product offerings: lighting, seating, mirrors, and artwork, with emphasis on brand compliance.
  • Identify decision-makers and understand the purchasing process for various hotel brands and properties.
  • Overcome common objections (e.g., supplier familiarity, pricing, product specs) to win trust and secure business.
  • Educate prospects on company’s value proposition, capabilities, and service advantages.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales messaging, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
  • Attend occasional industry trade shows and conferences to network, support the booth, and cultivate new leads.
Inside Sales Representative Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of sales experience, or customer engagement roles.
  • Experience with hospitality industry clients or FF&E products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, consultative phone presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.  
  • Demonstrated ability to qualify leads, identify needs, and align solutions to close business.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools—HubSpot, Google, Microsoft preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales activity and revenue targets.
