We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of our inventory operations. This role combines a strong accounting background with advanced Excel expertise to maintain precise records, reconcile discrepancies, and deliver actionable insights. The Inventory Analyst will work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, support physical counts, and provide clear, data-driven reporting to management.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
Strong accounting and reconciliation experience
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hours: 8 am -4:30 pm
