Senior Java Developer to work closely with the OPERS IT team to support, enhance, and develop enterprise applications. The role involves hands-on development, maintenance, and production support for critical OPERS systems, including Refunds Rewrite , Healthcare Rewrite , and COMPASS applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with OPERS IT and business teams to analyze, design, and implement application enhancements.
- Develop and maintain high-quality Java-based solutions using Spring, REST APIs, and related frameworks.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and implement fixes to ensure system stability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities following established OPERS development standards.
- Contribute to documentation, release notes, and knowledge sharing for supported applications.
