Job Description

Talent Hive is seeking a Litigation Support eDiscovery Specialist for one of our customers in D.C. The Litigation Support eDiscovery Specialist will closely work with the legal teams to offer technical expertise in creation, deployment, and integration of technologies and database systems. Experience using some of the commonly used eDiscovery platforms like RelativityOne, Everlaw, Concordance, Casemap, LAW, and case management applications is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Offer expert advice of ESI best practices by leveraging knowledge on EDRM.

Possess a deep understanding of application performance within on-premises data centers and virtual environments, enabling the optimal utilization of eDiscovery technologies

Involve in automated data processing and utilize software languages to develop solutions to legal teams to their specific litigation needs. Involve in data conversion and loading data files into applications.

Manage, retrieve raw data, and manipulate them to meet the specific needs of the cases and troubleshoot any application related issues.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience in e-Discovery required. Internal team uses Exterro, so one year experience using Exterro will be nice to have

Technical adaptability to multiple eDiscovery tools is required.

Strong working knowledge of governance and storage of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) is required.

Solid experience in metadata processing is required.

Certification (Nice to Have)

Exterro Platform certification

Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
