Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a full time and direct hire role for one of our amazing partners in South Florida (this is a hybrid onsite role).

We are looking for a motivated and data-driven Marketing Manager to focus on performance & nurturing. You will lead multi-channel marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role is a combination of performance marketing, digital optimization, and lead nurturing expertise to accelerate growth across inbound and paid channels. You should have a strong understanding of CRM, automation, SEO, paid media, and analytics. You should also have the creativity to build customer journeys that convert and be passionate about marketing and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong focus on performance marketing, nurturing & lifecycle marketing and analytics & collaboration
  • Partner with digital agencies and internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Develop performance dashboards to monitor spend efficiency, ROAS, CPL, CAC, and lead quality.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to drive organic growth and improve website visibility, including keyword strategy, technical audits, and on-page optimization.
  • Collaborate with web teams to align messaging and ensure paid and organic channels reinforce overall brand objectives.
    Define and implement a comprehensive nurturing roadmap based on target personas and lifecycle stages.
  • Design automated workflows across email, SMS, and retargeting channels to increase engagement and retention.
  • Use CRM data and segmentation strategies to personalize messaging and optimize conversion paths.
  • Develop and execute educational and thought-leadership content like webinars, whitepapers, and newsletters to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Analyze engagement metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc. Apply those insights to improve future campaigns.
    Build regular performance reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency in campaign outcomes.
  • Help with strategic planning for new product launches, promotions, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing, drone technology, and enterprise solutions to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Minimal travel may be required.



Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in performance or growth marketing.
  • Experience with performance marketing, nurturing & lifecycle marketing and analytics & collaboration.
  • Experience in B2B marketing is required and B2C is a plus.
  • Experience managing paid digital campaigns and agency relationships.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and email marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
  • Must be data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to translate analytics into strategy.
  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of email, SMS, CRM, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
