Key Responsibilities:
The Metrics Analyst collects and analyses data related to digital campaigns, web performance, social media engagement, events, media coverage, and stakeholder outreach. The role develops dashboards, visualizations, and written reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. The analyst evaluates communication strategies, recommends performance metrics and best practices, and collaborates with writers, editors, and digital teams to ensure data informs future content and campaign design.
Qualifications:
Experience in data analysis, metrics reporting, and performance evaluation; familiarity with digital analytics and media monitoring tools; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to non‑technical audiences; Public Trust clearance eligibility.
