We are currently seeking driven, client-focused Outside Sales Representatives for direct placement with our industry-leading clients in sectors such as energy, business services, and technology.
Position OverviewAs an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and devloping business, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in an assigned territory. You’ll serve as the face of the organization, meeting with clients on-site and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop B2B customer relationships within assigned territory
Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and client consultations
Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain deep knowledge of client offerings to present customized solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and client satisfaction
2+ years of outside sales or territory sales experience (B2B preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable with local travel (up to 75%)
Self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license required
Base salary + uncapped commission (Varies)
