Job Description

Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking a patent attorney for their Rochester or Buffalo, NY office. The ideal candidate will have six or more years of patent prosecution experience and a background in optics, chemistry, biochemistry, or chemical engineering. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client service skills.

As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range for this position is $158,000 – $191,000.  Actual base salary will be based upon criteria such as experience, qualifications, and skill level.
