To support our NATO customer, SimIS Inc seeks a
Quality Assurance Analyst to serve as a member of the Requirements Core Development Team to verify that capability requirements align with Operational Requirements, Capability Targets, and other high-level requirements in support of NATO force design and strategic decision making.
Qualifications: - BS degree in engineering, information systems, business administration or related disciplines.
- Five years’ experience in the application of requirements quality management to acquisition processes.
- Three years of experience in evaluating requirements for consistency and alignment across lines of military capability development (doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, personnel, facilities, and interoperability).
- Recent experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance of requirements development in procurement/acquisition programs.
- Recent experience in managing requirements in accordance with formal configuration and change management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and establishment of quality criteria, quality control, and quality assurance procedures as related to requirements management.
- Contribute to the development of directives and standard operating procedures that apply to the quality control and assurance of capability requirements development and management.
- Monitor requirements developed in all life cycle stages to ensure quality and to ensure they remain valid, applicable, and continue to satisfy operational user needs.
- Support identification of options for resolving requirements management issues.
- Contribute to the development of quality control and assurance assessment tools and reports.
