Showing Agent Opportunity We are looking for a licensed and motivated individual who wants to learn to build a strong real estate career from the ground up while earning rewarding commissions. • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner
• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth

Qualifications:

• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
• Real estate license required
