Job Title: Senior/Lead Talend Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Talend Developer to join our team supporting Brillio/Centene. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ETL processes , Data Warehousing concepts , and strong hands-on Talend development experience.
Must-Have Skills:12+ years of total IT experience, with a focus on data engineering and ETL
Strong expertise in Talend development
Solid understanding of ETL processes and Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture
Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
Experience working with Teradata
Knowledge of AWS cloud services for data solutions
Familiarity with PySpark and/or Databricks
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Talend ETL pipelines
Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
Optimize data workflows and ensure data integrity and performance
Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on large datasets
Participate in code reviews and contribute to data architecture discussions
