As part of an employee focused organization, the Technical Recruiter will build relationships with potential employees and maintain contact throughout their tenure with IEX. They will identify and recruit qualified individuals for government contracts across the United States and overseas. The technical recruiter will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and acting as a point of contact for all staffing items for both the candidates and the hiring managers.
