🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/corrective maintenance on building systems
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and electrical issues
• General repairs (walls, doors, floors, etc.)
• Repair/maintain plumbing systems (leaks, stoppages, sinks, valves, drains, toilets)
• Inspect equipment and plan repairs using blueprints/manuals
• Order supplies and follow OSHA safety standards

📋 Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (Vocational/Technical training or Military preferred)
• 6+ years of facilities maintenance or equivalent experience
• Skilled in plumbing, basic electrical, and mechanical systems
• Familiar with OSHA Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) procedures
• Proficient with hand/power tools
