Job Title: Laboratory Technician

Pay Rate: $19.90 $26.57/hr (W2)
Description:
The Laboratory Technician is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. This role includes conducting quality assurance tests, preparing laboratory reports, and providing technical support in additive selection and fluid design. The position also ensures compliance with HSE and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform quality assurance tests and prepare lab reports.
Assist with additive selection, fluid design, and technical support.
Maintain clean, functional lab equipment and dispose of waste properly.
Prepare technical presentations for customers.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with lab standards.
Support engineers and product teams with technical tasks.
Perform risk analysis and participate in HSE initiatives.
Ensure accurate and timely job deliverables.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
Entry-level; no prior experience required (training provided).
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills: flexibility, strong communication, willingness to learn, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
Steel-toe shoes required.
PPE provided (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, safety boots).
Shift/Hours:
12-hour shifts.
Rotation: 8 days on / 4 days off (days), 8 nights on / 4 days off (nights).
