Job Description
Janitorial Staff Members are responsible for caring for the building, including cleaning offices, kitchens, and restrooms, vacuuming, removing trash, and performing other maintenance and janitorial tasks as assigned.
Work hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Clean offices, restrooms, kitchens, dressing rooms, and lobbies.
- Report any maintenance, supplies or other needs to the Building Manager
- Other duties as determined by the Building Manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Housekeeping experience a plus
- Flexible and resourceful
- Ability to work responsibly unsupervised
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Must frequently communicate with staff and patrons
- Must move about all offices/theatres
- COVID-19 vaccination, one booster, and proof of both vaccinations are required for employment at the IRT.
