Job Description

Full-time bachelor's degree or above in computer science, vehicle engineering, automotive electronics, mechatronics, automation, or related majors. Good learning ability, active thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills; relevant project management experience is preferred. Certain understanding of vehicle testing; experience in one or more of road testing, performance testing, or scenario testing. Experience in autonomous driving testing is preferred; having one's own ideas on testing processes and being able to put forward insights or optimization suggestions. Strong sense of responsibility; certain ability to solve problems and anticipate risks in project implementation, and able to proactively promote problem resolution. Certain data analysis ability, with basic abilities to discover, analyze, summarize and induce problems; familiarity with knowledge and processes of vehicle testing, mastery of testing tools such as Linux, Git, and Docker, and ability to read code (mandatory); familiarity with knowledge and processes of software testing (down to test cases in detail). Possession of a driver's license and understanding of vehicle operation scenarios. Good English reading, writing and speaking skills. Interface with autonomous driving implementation projects or project development work. Lead all technology-related work and track all technical issues of implementation projects; be able to anticipate technical difficulties and safety points of the project, design experiments to complete testing; participate in building standardized testing processes, participate in defining software module requirements and designing solutions, and design verification plans and write test cases based on requirement documents. Effectively conduct autonomous driving demonstration tests, analyze and follow up test data; execute test cases in simulation environments or road tests, and report and communicate test results to relevant departments.
